Please take this as notification of the Spencer Hockey Club Annual General Meeting.

The meeting will be held on Thursday 1st July 2010 at 19:30 at:

Spencer Club House,
Fieldview
Burntwood Lane
Wandsworth Common
London SW18 3HS

The order of business will be:

1. To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting and any previous general meeting since the previous Annual General Meeting
2. To receive reports and accounts covering the past season
3. To elect honorary officers
4. To appoint the honorary auditor
5. To agree the membership fees and match fees for the forthcoming season
6. To consider and proposed resolutions received by the Secretary
7. Any other business by permission of the Chairman
